This page contains links to the course instructional materials, including lectures notes and problem assignments and solutions. Please remember to check the other class web pages for additional items. Any class handouts are located here, and this page contains links to useful physics web pages.
Following are links to the bullet-style notes developed for this
class. Each noteset is 1 or 2 pages long, in MS Word format. If for
some reason you cannot download these documents at
home, use any of the general access computer labs on campus.
The lecture notes are listed in their order of presentation, with a
title that describes the topic. These notes generally follow the
textbook chapters, with 3-4 pages of notes per chapter. The associated
chapter and page numbers are listed to the right of the link. These
chapters refer to the currently (2008) adopted textbook, College
Physics by Serway & Vaugh, 7th edition.
Click on the link to view and download. The dates listed with each
noteset refer to the date when that noteset was posted. I attempt
to post the notes at least one day prior to the relevant discussion
in class.
