Ball State University, Muncie, IN, 8/87-8/96 Tenured, Full Professor. Former
Director of Graduate Studies and Director of the Applied Organizational Communication
Program. Initiated, developed and administered a unique, complete system of education
leading to preparation of students for careers as communication trainers, consultants, or
managers in Human Resource Development areas. Developed Internship Program,
Corporate Advisory Board, Corporate Partnership Program, Parental Up-date System,
Recruiting/ Placement System, Communication Students Career Association and the
Personal Development Student Series. Teaching: Applied Organization Communication,
