  • Barry has come out with a lot of books, but for my money, the first collection of his columns (Bad Habits) is by far his funniest. That book had me laughing out loud on every single page. You should read this collection first, and if you like it, try some of his collected works (the cartoons are often really funny in those, but you don't get much of the written material for your money). Also, it's nicer to just read kind of a random collection of columns...those books all about the same subject tend to drag after a while. Barry is best in short, specific doses of a subject, much like a good stand-up comedian. But don't get me wrong, DO READ THE FIRST BOOK. It's awesome.
