Biographies

is a senior English/Political Science double major from Dallas, Texas. The youngest of three, she enjoys spending time with her family which unfortunately, doesn’t happen often enough. When not busy with school, Meredith can be found enjoying her last year of college and freedom before entering the “real world”.  A year from now Meredith has no idea what she will be doing, but welcomes the adventure.

is a senior Secondary Education- English/Language Arts, Reading, and ESL major from Tyler, Texas. She is a Resident Assistant in the Campus Commons, Guest Service Associate at the Brown Lupton University Union, and Admissions Chair for the Transfer Student Advisory Board. In her free time she likes to play tennis, bake, watch The Soup, and spend time with her family and friends. After graduating in May (!!!) she plans to teach English or ESL in Fort Worth.

cliff bell

is a sophomore Writing and History double-major from Austin, Texas.  If not doing homework, he can be found reading Fantasy and Sci-Fi, writing fiction, obsessively playing videogames, or catching up on his sleep.  He hopes to graduate in three more semesters and will be looking to break into the videogame industry as a developer.

Sally Dulaney

is a junior Writing major and Psychology minor at TCU. When not busy with her studies, Sally enjoys volunteering at her local 4-H group and showing her Quarter Horse “Don’t Tell Me To Zip”, more affectionately known as “Ping”.  After graduation, Sally plans on attending graduate school for a master’s degree in counseling. She plans on becoming an Equine Facilitated Psychotherapist and wishes to thank Wings of Hope Equitherapy for piquing her interest in the emotional and psychological benefits of horses.

Kelly Freeman

 is senior Advertising/PublicRrelations major from Fort Worth, Texas.  She is the girl who always brings a smile to the table.   She loves sunshine and relishes the challenge of any and all sports.  Quiet and reflective, Kelly enjoys writing and graphic design.   However,  turn some music on and Kelly will be the first on the dance floor.  Music is her outlet and she loves to dance.  Super competitive and driven, Kelly will be graduating in May and is considering pursuing her education further with a master’s degree. .

analisa garcia

is a senior Film TV and Digital Media major and Writing minor. She currently has no concrete plans for the future save getting through and actually enjoying the rest of her time at TCU. She likes to dance and pastel and doesn’t know if she is the good or the evil doppelganger.

katie george

is a junior Writing major and double Japanese and Asian Studies minor at TCU.  She enjoys reading and writing, and hopes to increase her fluency in Japanese after graduating.

amanda graham

is a senior English and Advertising/Public Relations double major from Texarkana, Texas. She hopes to work in advertising when she graduates in the spring of 2010. In her spare time, Amanda twirls with the TCU Colorguard, is a member of the Gamma Phi Beta sorority, spends a lot of time baking in the kitchen, and, most of all, loves spending as much time as possible with her best friends and family.  

lisa heroux

is a senior Film-Television-Digital Media major (long live RTVF!) and writing minor from Arlington, Texas. Engaged and an avid movie buff, she love foreign and classic fare and hopes (key word) to become a successful screenwriter in the future. In her free time she has been known to mock things mercilessly, obsess over the minutia and occasionally nerd out to Dungeons and Dragons, Japanese manga and Irish punk music.

anahita kalianivala

is a senior Writing and Psychology student at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. In May 2010, she will graduate with two degrees, a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science for her respective majors. She has always had a passion for writing, and though her full-time career pursuits are directed towards child psychology, she couldn't pass up the opportunity to devote academic study to the task of creative writing. samuel kirkendoll

is a junior Writing and Philosophy double major from Keller, Texas.  Sam is currently working on his undergraduate degree at Texas Christian University, where he is heavily involved with Alpha Phi Omega and is an officer in the university's Philosophy Club.  Sam plans on going to Graduate School after receiving his degree from TCU.  When he is not working hard on his studies, Sam enjoys reading, writing, listening to music, playing video games and World of Warcraft.

brett larson

is a senior Broadcast Journalism major from Altadena, CA. Brett is almost done with college and is ready to face the world even though he’s not sure which direction that is yet. In his free time Brett enjoys playing with dogs, sitting on couches and watching sports. If Brett could have one superpower he would like the ability to slow down time, completely eliminating procrastination from his life.

paige miller

is a junior English and Spanish double major from Celina, Texas. She loves shopping, running, and sunshine. Her wish is to be fluent in Spanish and to travel the world.

Whimsical yet strangely idiosyncratic, Pan is a proud Horned Frog double majoring in English and Photojournalism. A humble sophomore, thinking big.  he finds himself constantly writing both creative short stories and breaking news articles. On my off-days, you’ll find him cycling the Trinity or throwing knives at the local circus (just kidding! He's actually an avid archer). Help him fulfill his dream of creating a TCU Community that truly cares.

adam ramsey

is a senior Writing major at Texas Christian University. He is currently working on his first novel and hopes to have it finished by the time he graduates in the fall of 2010. Apart from writing, Adam enjoys spending time with his 5-year-old daughter, playing basketball, writing music, and frequently indulges in Independent films and music.

lauren tidwell

is a junior English major and Business minor from San Antonio, Texas. She loves food and she loves to write, so her hope is to combine the two one day. When she has some down time, she likes to eat, laugh and dance until it hurts. She also loves to spend time with her family whenever possible. They may be crazy, but they keep her life interesting. Never a dull moment in her life – what more could you ask for?

nicole zschiesche

is a junior Film-TV-Digital Media major and writing minor from Austin, TX. For the record, it’s pronounced “Zee-shay.” Nicole enjoys living in the live music capital of the world, but is making Fort Worth her home until graduation. In her free time, she makes student films, attempts to complete her “must see” film list, holds impromptu dance parties in the living room, terrorizes her two cats Optimus Prime and Penny Lane, and has been known to make cupcakes on occasion.
