    • Fantasy series set on an alien world where dragons and humans bond for life, and both are united against the menace of "threads"...little bundles of destruction that fall from space every so often. Dragons can teleport here, too, and some of the implications of that are explored. If you can get around the apostrophes in all the names, this is a pretty good series. I didn't get past the first three books, though. Similar to Rawn.
